- Where is your store located?
ALBACO is primarily an internet business and we ship virtually anywhere in the world.
In person / walk-in visits can be arranged by appointment. We are located in Crystal Lake, Illinois, approximately 60 miles from downtown Chicago, 40 miles from O'Hare Airport, 60 miles from Midway Airport, and 65 miles from Milwaukee Mitchell Airport
- Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, absolutely, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that, depending on your country's Customs rules, you may be responsible for import duties and/or fees.
If you are planning a large purchase, we recommend you contact us in advance so we can provide a more accurate shipping cost.
- How are shipping charges calculated?
We do not set or calculate fees; our site links directly to the carriers (US Postal Service, UPS, etc.) and they feed us the fees. Our products generally fall into 2 categories: A) Printed matter (books, magazines, etc.), which are relatively heavy for their size, and B) models, which are relatively light but bulky and fragile. Both these extremes are often hard to accurately calculate, especially when purchasing multiple products. We suggest you contact us directly, in advance, when making large purchases.
- I cannot find the product I am looking for. Can you help?
We will gladly help locate products that we do not have in stock; usually this service is provided free of charge, as a courtesy to our customers.
- Do you buy merchandise from private individuals or collectors?
