Politoys, later renamed Polistil, was an Italian brand ofdiecast metal and plastic toy models. Models were built in the period ranging from the early '60s to the early '90s when the brand went out of business. Models were almost all built in Italy, including those built under the Tonka brand. The brand now exists as a trademark owned by the makers of Maisto and these models are no longer made in Italy..
