Original publisher's binder. Early version of holders from the mid seventies, each will hold approximately 9 issues, depending on thickness.
PLEASE NOTE:

These are very nice looking binders, but the designe is quite impractical.

These are previously owned and used; condition is generally good but may show some slight wear

These are over 40 years old; wire magazine holder may be slightly bent.
